The modern villa is divided into 3 mini-apartments with a common garden and a pool. The location near Castellana and Alberobello is ideal to enjoy the countryside and discover the picturesque villages of Valle d'Itria. Spend the day relaxing at the pool or visiting the surrounding and when the sunlight fades, sit amid the olive trees and sip a glass of Primitivo red wine.

THE VILLA: developed on a single floor, the villa is divided into 3 mini-apartments with independent access and features a large BBQ area, a patio, and a pool.  Each apartment has a kitchenette,  a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. It is ideal when on holiday with extended family or friends with the added benefit of the own-independence feel and generous sociable living and dining outdoors.

THE ROOMS can accommodate a max of 6+3 people in 3 double bedrooms. The villa features exposed brick walls and minimalist furnishing.

THE FOOD: For a unique experience, go shopping to the local fresh markets and join the Italian ritual meal preparation. Add a final touch to your inner chef with a cooking class, or a session to learn how cheese is made, or one about how to choose olive oil and wine. In the end, the secret of Italian cuisine is a simple preparation made with the best ingredients.

LOCATION: The Villa is 15km from the beach and 2km from Castellana Caves, a small village with food shops, restaurants, and bars. The best airport is Bari (50km) but also Brindisi is a good option (65km).

WHAT TO SEE AND DO: The villa is a perfect base to explore the Valle d'Itria and to relax. Reach Monopoli (15km) and take a boat tour to the beautiful Polignano a mare (15km). Visit Alberobello (10km) and Castellana caves (2km) nearby. White Ostuni (50km), baroque Lecce (120km), and breathtaking Matera (60km) are top destinations within a 1-hour drive.  Wine lovers will head to Locorotondo (26km) to tour vineyards and enjoy wine-tasting. Zoo Safari for children is in Fasano, at 20 minutes. Horse-riding, golf, kite-surf, sup, hiking, and biking are the most popular activities among active travelers.

GOOD TO KNOW: The pool is open from May until October and it's not heated.
