The panoramic 3-bedroom villa is located in the countryside near Marsala and the beach in North West Sicily.  When the sunlight starts fading, head to the sea-views veranda and snuggle up by the couch with a nice glass of Sicilian red wine or take the last dip in the panoramic pool.

THE VILLA Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, the single-floor villa offers 2 A/C double bedrooms in the main building and one further A/C double in the annex. 2 out of 3 bathrooms are en-suite. A sofa-bed is arranged in the living room, which opens through wall-to-wall patio doors to the terrace and plunge pool with views to the Aegadian Islands and the sea. The fully equipped kitchen extends into an open-plan dining space.

LOCATION: The Villa is set in the countryside near Marsala (9km), on the Western coast of Sicily, and just 3km away from the nearest beach. The small Trapani airport is at 10km while the international one of Palermo is 80km away.

WHAT TO SEE AND DO: The lively neighborhood offers restaurants,  and bars and you do not have to reach Marsala to do your everyday food shopping. The most famous shores of Western Sicily - like Signorino beach, the Stagnone, and the Belice nature reserves - are just a short drive away. The area is dotted with many little towns/villages to visit like Mazara del Vallo (23km), Trapani (23km), Erice (35km), Cafalu' (190km), Palermo (110km). Visit the archaeological sites at Agrigento 'La Valle dei Templi' (130km), Selinunte (45km), and Segesta (45km). Explore San Vito lo Capo and the 'Riserva dello Zingaro' natural park at 70km. Take the ferry from Marsala and visit the Aegadian Islands just in front.
