The 400sqm minimalist chic villa has 4 double A/C bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a pool in North Tuscany. A perfect location between Lucca, Florence, the beaches of Versilia, and the mountains of Garfagnana to have them all. The white color dominates the open-plan living area, bright and full of natural light, in contrast with the gray large sofas and the gray modern kitchen in the background. The pool is on your doorstep, surrounded by teak-wood and grass. The villa can be rented in high season for a minimum stay of 7 days, starting on Saturday.
THE VILLA: organized over 2 floors and surrounded by a lush garden with a private pool (9.5 x 4.5m). The living open-space flows seamlessly from indoors to outdoors and is equipped with sofas, Tv, and a modern kitchen. The first floor hosts 4 air-conditioned double bedrooms with en-suites. The villa features exposed white wooden ceiling-beams, design furnishings with simple good pieces, as dictated by contemporary cool trends.
THE ROOMS: The villa can accommodate a max of 8 people in four double A/C bedrooms.
THE FOOD: There is a large fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor patio to dine 'al fresco'.
THE ICING ON THE CAKE: A Chef is available on request to prepare your Tuscan meals.
LOCATION: The villa is just a short hop away from Fiano (6km), a village with shops and restaurants, and from lively Lucca (14km). The best airport is Pisa (50km).
WHAT TO SEE AND DO: The villa is a perfect base to explore North Tuscany and to relax. Versilia beaches, tennis and golf clubs are at 20 minutes. Beautiful medieval villages and cities are within 2-hour's drive: Lucca (14km), Pisa (35km), Volterra (87km), San Gimignano (93km), Florence (95km), Siena (158km). Hiking in Le Cinque Terre (95km) is an excellent day outdoors.
GOOD TO KNOW: The pool is open from May until October and it's not heated - It's possible to anticipate the opening on request. To reach the villa there is a 2 km gravel road, not suitable for low-height and sports cars.
