Do not miss the local T-bone steak 'bistecca alla Fiorentina' and the traditional salami made with the 'cinta senese', a local black and white pork. Taste funghi porcini tagliatelle or the classic Tuscan pici all'aglione, the local fresh pasta made with a gigantic garlic. Leave room for the 'Cantucci', the popular almond biscuits to enjoy with the coffee or with the sweet 'Vinsanto' wine.
