Why choose the best of the local cuisine
Are you ready to put your apron on and start your cooking class preparing the best of Apulian recipes? In Puglia, you start with the dough and make the traditional homemade pasta 'orecchiette' (little ears). Then learn how to prepare your own 'focaccia' and garnish it with your favorite ingredients directly from the vegetable garden. The Chef will choose on the day the first/second course to make according to the seasonal products available. Enjoy for lunch what you have prepared and wash it down with the fine 'Negramaro' wine, locally produced. In addition, the experience includes also the tasting of the local extra virgin olive oil and the tour of the Masseria.
When: The cooking class is available every day. It starts at 9.30 am and finishes after lunch at 2.30 pm.
Who: It is suitable for families with children and a minimum of 2 people are required.
Where: The meeting point is in Polignano a Mare.
