THE RESTAURANT: Housed in what was originally the wine cellar, La Corte dei Papi Restaurant is a truly romantic spot, ideal for couples. The food is carefully presented and simply delicious. Located 6 km away from the picturesque Cortona, this is one of the top restaurants in the area. In the summer it is possible to enjoy a romantic dinner al fresco in the gazebos by the pool and surrounded by the beautiful garden. David, the charming owner, is extremely friendly and helpful. The staff, always the same for years, is very professional, skilled, and graceful.

FOOD & WINE: The à la carte menu consists of a careful selection of traditional and sophisticated dishes rooted in the Tuscan and Italian cuisine with a modern twist. Try the local pici pasta and the scallops and then move to the grilled pink veal. Leave room for the dessert, a real treat! There is an extensive top quality wine list and David will suggest you the best wine for your food.
