It has an open kitchen that offers the best Tuscan dishes with a twist, made with the freshest seasonal ingredients as well as well-crafted dishes to share. THE RESTAURANT: The Townhouse Caffé is a restaurant and wine bar with an open kitchen, so guests can meet the chef. You can sit in the garden or in the atmospheric medieval interior. The fusion of modern New York-style with the former convent's stone carvings, creating a special atmosphere, both warm and trendy, which is unusual for a Tuscan town.

FOOD & WINE: The menu consists of typical Tuscan dishes with a cosmopolitan touch. Chefs Glasgwegian born David and Florentine Dario shop daily in the market producing delicious platters and sharing plates based on what is in season. There is an extensive wine list.
