Why choose this tour Beautiful scenery
A boat tour along the picturesque villages of the Amalfi Coast is a memorable experience! Explore hidden coves, swim in the blue sea around the private islands Li Galli, stop for an ice-cream in Positano or Amalfi, and try to catch some fish.
THE TOUR: Amalfi Coast boat tour departs from the port of Marina Grande in Sorrento at 8.45 am and reaches the private islands Li Galli, Positano, and Amalfi, where it is possible to dock and shop for foodie souvenirs and gelato. There are opportunities to swim in the crystal clear water of the Divine Coast, in front of Amalfi, before enjoying a traditional lunch on board. The amazing rocky coast seen from the sea is breathtaking! The tour returns around 5 pm to Sorrento.
THE LOCATION: Popular for its amazing rocky landscape, the 50-kilometer stretch of coastline overlooking Salerno Bay, is a 'must-see' place. Dotted with small beaches and picturesque seaside villages, the area features terraced manicured vineyards, and olive and lemon groves.
YOUR GUIDE: Salvatore is a friendly local and his family has been in the fishing business for 4 generations. He knows the area very well and likes sharing his secret places and fishing techniques!
THE FOOD: Salvatore's Mum freshly prepares traditional recipes and any kind of salad with vegetables from her own garden. Her chocolate cake is a real treat!
MEETING POINT: If you stay in Sorrento, you can ask for the free pick up normally between 8-8.30 am. Otherwise, you can go directly to the port where the boat departs at 8.45 am.
THE ICING ON THE CAKE: If you want to test your fishing skills, you can have a go with a professional fishing rod (but there is a little extra to pay)
GOOD TO KNOW: The boat tour is available from April until October, weather permitting.
