Paragliding among the beautiful Dolomites is the ultimate way to feel free and fly to places only birds would normally see. If you are a beginner or an expert, you will enjoy one of the most breathtaking experiences of your life! Developed from parachuting canopies, modern paragliders can be soared effortlessly on windward slopes. Enjoy the sense of privilege drifting from cloud to cloud, in almost total silence, watching the landscape unfold beneath you!

Your guides - The most important prerequisites to have a safe flight are pilot attitude, competent instruction, and safety equipment.  This is the reason why I recommend flying with our team of 3 expert and friendly local paragliding instructors and paragliding champions: Jimmy, Kilian, and Peter. They represent the best tandem pilots in the valley with over 30 years of experience.

Is it possible for a child to fly?  Yes, it is possible and safe for a child >4 yo because there are made-to-measure tandem paragliders and harnesses and the instructors have many years of flying experience with children. They not only do have a lot of fun but also learn to challenge themselves.

Available tours - If you are a beginner,  you will start with a 'glide' (volo planato) from a slope, descending with a smooth and quiet flight. If you are an expert, you could perfect your skills in cross-country flying enjoying the lifting currents to gain altitude ('volo termico' and 'volo di distanza'). Drifting where the wind takes you will be one of the most breathtaking experiences of your life!

Tandem flights start from €150 (for beginners) and arrive at €190-220 (for experts). They are available in summer and winter from Ortisei, Santa Cristina, and Selva di Val Gardena.
Everybody from the age of 4 y.o.  and with no upper age limit,  can enjoy a tandem flight with an instructor.
No special ability or equipment is required. You will be given all the material, sit back and take it all in.
