The tour starts with a visit to a family-run cellar that produces wine since 1795. Surrounded by vineyards and Alberobello countryside, the ancient stone house sits in the heart of Valle d'Itria. The tour will go across the modern cellar under the guidance of a local wine master who will explain the characteristics of the soil and the vine in the area. You will visit also the underground cellar where the old barrels are kept, before tasting the family labels, locally produced. A wide selection of traditional food will be available as 'rural aperitif'.

When: The tours can be done every day (Monday-Friday) and a minimum of 2 people is required. For groups of 8+ people, the cellar will open also on Saturday.
