The cooking class, held by a local chef is organized to prepare a 2 courses meal, that is the way Italians eat.  You will have your work plan and rolling pin and will learn how to make the fresh homemade pasta 'ravioli' starting from the dough and then working on the stuffing with ricotta cheese and spinach.

You will then make delicious 'polpette alla pizzaiola' (meatballs with tomato sauce) following the original granny's recipe. After the workshop, you will eat what you have prepared accompanied by a glass of red/white wine and followed by an espresso coffee and a limoncello shot. Vegetarian options are available on request.

When: The 3h30 class starts every day (Monday-Saturday) at 10.30 am and 4 pm
