Join Chef Susanna and learn how to make 'Pici' (the Tuscan fresh pasta with the shape of thicker spaghetti) and the tradition behind this recipe that is handed over generation after generation. Learn all about this unique type of garlic, which easily reaches half a kilo and has a very delicate taste. Prepare your three courses meal and if you are not fancy of garlic, you can ask for something else.
Ready for your delicious experience? You can choose to start at 10am or at 5pm. The cooking will take 2-3 hours and a minimum of 4 people is required.
