Masseria Prosperi is a chic boutique hotel hosted in a villa near Alimini and the beach, on the Adriatic coast of Puglia. There are 6 beautiful rooms, a garden, an outdoor and an indoor pool. They are equipped to host also your horse if you wish!

THE ROOMS: The 6 tranquil rooms are each entirely different but all have a minibar, air conditioning, TV with satellite channels, and wireless internet connection. The dominant color is white and the furniture is of bleached wood creating a clean, fresh atmosphere. The floors are of typical white Ostuni stone, always found in Puglia's old houses. Many of the original farm implements have been cleverly restored and reinvented which gives the décor an unusual twist. The rooms are divided into Classic, Superior, and Suite depending on the size and the largest can accommodate families.
THE FOOD: There are a lovely kitchen and a lounge with a fireplace, which is cozy in winter. In the summer you can breakfast on the patio. Everything here is made from quality fresh produce. The sweet and savory pastries are all homemade.
THE ICING ON THE CAKE: If you have your own horse you can bring it on holiday, as there are stabling and a large paddock! You can take romantic walks around the Alimini lakes and along the beach.
LOCATION: The hotel is in the south of Puglia in the countryside 45 minutes from Lecce and 1 hour and 10 minutes from Brindisi airport. The village of Otranto is 15 minutes away.
WHAT TO SEE AND DO: Book a massage, join in a cooking class, go boating, kitesurfing, horse riding, and biking (free for guest to use). 1.5km away there is a surf school and windsurfing or you can hire a Quad. 18km away there is a golf course with 18 holes. If you fancy taking to the air, the Sportiva Sunrise Association operates ultralight aircraft 5km from the masseria. The area has the best beaches in Puglia and many picturesque villages to visit among them Otranto, Tricase, Nardo' and Gallipoli. Be sure to visit the baroque city of Lecce, known as the Florence of the South.
GOOD TO KNOW: There are lots to entertain children, who can ride on the farm's horses and donkeys and will love the geese, goats, cats, and dogs.
