The former farm has been turned into a villa with a generous garden and a pool. The location near Monopoli is ideal to enjoy the countryside and the beach. The pool is on your doorstep and you’ll spend your days relaxing and exploring the beautiful surrounding. When the sunlight fades, head to the veranda and set up your dinner 'al fresco' under the star-full Apulian sky.

THE VILLA: the estate includes a main stone house, surrounded by a garden with a pool. Three mini-apartments are hosted in the villa and each one has a kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. One of the apartments has also a second bedroom. It is ideal when on holiday with extended family or friends with the added benefit of the own-independence feel and generous sociable living and dining outdoors.

THE ROOMS can accommodate a max of 8+2 people in 4 double independent bedrooms + 2 on the sofa-bed. The villa features vaulted ceilings and exposed tufa rock walls. Neutral colors, soft lighting, and rustic furniture add up to a serene setting.

THE FOOD: Enjoy shopping for fresh local food in Monopoli (5km) and join the Italian ritual meal preparation. There are also cooking classes, sessions to learn how cheese is made, and how to choose olive oils and wines. Did you know that the secret of Italian cuisine is in the choice of the right ingredients? Catering is also possible on request.

LOCATION: The Villa is 2km from the beach and 5km from Monopoli, a pretty village with food shops, restaurants, and bars. The best airport is Bari (50km).

WHAT TO SEE AND DO: The villa is a perfect base to explore the Valle d'Itria and to relax. Reach Monopoli (5km) and take a boat tour to the beautiful Polignano a mare (14km). Visit Alberobello and Castellana caves (20km), white Ostuni (33km), baroque Lecce (105km), and breathtaking Matera (80km),: top destinations within a 1-hour drive. Wine lovers will head to Locorotondo (20km) to tour vineyards and enjoy wine-tasting. Zoo Safari for children is in Fasano, at 30 minutes, as well as the Golf Club in Savelletri. Horse-riding, kite-surf, sup, hiking, and biking will please active travelers.

GOOD TO KNOW: The pool is open from May until October and it's not heated.

Villa Monopoli - Puglia - Booking Policy

Price (check in - check out from Saturday to Saturday): starting from €3000/week
Booking: Payment of 30% deposit at the moment of booking + list of occupants (name/surname/date of birth/country of origin); the balance 30 days before arrival.
Penalties: 0% if the cancellation is made 60 days before arrival; 30% if the cancellation is made from 59 until 30 days before arrival; 100% if the cancellation is made from 29 to 1-day before arrival and in case of no show. In the case of inability to travel due to a certified COVID situation of one of the occupants (positive <3 days before the arrival) or travel restrictions issued by the country of origin or Italy, cancelation is always possible with full reimbursement of the amount paid.
