The property is organized over ancient trulli, hosted in a manicured garden with a beautiful pool. The estate is located halfway between picturesque Locorotondo and Alberobello, in the heart of Valle d'Itria. Alternate relaxation and exploration, as the place commands.

THE VILLA: developed on different trulli, the property can sleep 10+4 people. It features a BBQ area, a patio, and a pool. Each trullo has a kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. It is ideal when on holiday with extended family or friends with the added benefit of the own-independence feel and generous sociable living and dining outdoors.

THE ROOMS can accommodate a max of 10+4 people in 5 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Built inside the ancient trulli, the house features exposed brick walls and traditional furnishing.

THE FOOD: For a unique experience, go shopping to the local fresh markets and join the Italian ritual meal preparation. Try a cooking class, or a session to learn how cheese is made, or one about how to choose olive oil and wine. You will discover that the secret of Italian cuisine is in the choice of the right fresh ingredients combined in simple preparations.

LOCATION: The Villa is 20km from the beach and 9km from Locorotondo, a breathtaking village with food shops, restaurants, and bars. The best airports are Bari and Brindisi (both at 65km).

WHAT TO SEE AND DO: The villa is a perfect base to explore the Valle d'Itria and to relax. Reach Monopoli (25km) and take a boat tour to the beautiful Polignano a mare (32km). Visit Alberobello (10km) and Castellana caves (27km) nearby. White Ostuni (32km), baroque Lecce (100km), and breathtaking Matera (75km) are top destinations within a 1-hour drive. Wine lovers will head to Locorotondo (9km) to tour vineyards and enjoy wine-tasting. Zoo Safari for children is in Fasano, at 20 minutes. Horse-riding, golf, kite-surf, sup, hiking, and biking are the most popular activities among active travelers.

GOOD TO KNOW: The pool is open from May until October and it's not heated.

Price (check in - check out from Saturday to Saturday): starting from €4700/week
Booking: Payment of 30% deposit at the moment of booking + list of occupants (name/surname/date of birth/country of origin); the balance 30 days before arrival.
Penalties: 0% if the cancellation is made 60 days before arrival; 30% if the cancellation is made from 59 until 30 days before arrival; 100% if the cancellation is made from 29 to 1-day before arrival and in case of no show. In the case of inability to travel due to a certified COVID situation of one of the occupants (positive <3 days before the arrival) or travel restrictions issued by the country of origin or Italy, cancelation is always possible with full reimbursement of the amount paid.
