The 250sqm elegantly understated villa has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a pool in the center of Tuscany. A perfect location between Arezzo, Siena,  Florence, and Chianti hills to reach all of them within less than an hour's drive. The open-plan living area is split over two levels, and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare proper meals. The pool is on your doorstep, and the sprawling grounds have views of the rolling Tuscan hills and cypress trees. The villa can be rented in high season for a minimum stay of 7 days, starting on Saturday.

THE VILLA: organized over 3 floors and surrounded by a panoramic garden with a pool (10m x 5m). On the ground floor, there is a living area with Sat Tv, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a fireplace, a laundry, and a bathroom. The first floor hosts 2 triple bedrooms with a bathroom and 1 double bedroom with an en-suite (with hydromassage) and a balcony. On the upper floor, there is another double bedroom with an en-suite and private terrace. The villa features exposed wooden ceiling-beams, classic furnishings with simple good wooden pieces, and wrought iron beds, as the Tuscan traditional style commands.

THE ROOMS:  The villa can accommodate a max of 10 people in four bedrooms. The two double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with hydromassage bath) and a private terrace; the two triple bedrooms shared a bathroom with shower and bathtub.  One has three single beds while the other has a double and a single one.

THE FOOD: There are a large fully equipped kitchen,  a dining room, and an outdoor area to dine 'al fresco'. A Chef is available on request.

THE ICING ON THE CAKE:  The villa is just a short hop away from luxurious La Borghetta, so all hotel trappings are open to villa guests, too.

LOCATION: The Villa is just 5 minutes drive from the pretty medieval village 'Figline Valdarno'with a farmers' market, food shops, several restaurants, ATMs, and the train station. The best airport is Florence (50km - 45 min) but also Pisa (120km - 1h30), Bologna (140km - 1h30), Perugia (145km - 1h30) and Rome (290km - 3h) might be workable.

WHAT TO SEE AND DO: The villa is a perfect base to explore Tuscany and to relax. If you want to explore it's better to rent a car or you will need to reach the station (Figline Valdarno)  to take trains to Arezzo or Florence (5.3kms). Being only 8km from the motorway makes driving efficient and you can reach Arezzo or Florence in 40 min, Siena and San Gimignano in 1 hour. Wine tasting in Chianti is nearby. Ugolino Golf Club is at 30 min (20km).

GOOD TO KNOW: The pool is open from April until October and it's not heated.
