The former barn has turned into a chic 3-bedroom villa in North Tuscany. A perfect location halfway between Pisa and Lucca. The white color dominates the cozy living area, bright and full of natural light.  The pool is on your doorstep and you’ll spend your days basking in the Tuscan sunshine roaming the villa’s garden and barbecuing T-bone Chianina steaks. When the sunlight fades, head to the veranda and snuggle up by the couch with a nice glass of Tuscan Chianti.

THE VILLA: organized over 2 floors and surrounded by a manicured garden with a pool (5 x 10m). On the ground floor, there is a living room with sofas,  Tv, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a bathroom. The first floor hosts 2 double bedrooms (1 air-conditioned),  1 A/R twin bedroom, and 2 bathrooms with shower. The villa features exposed wooden ceiling beams and exposed brick walls.

THE ROOMS:  The villa can accommodate a max of 6 people in 2 double and 1 twin bedroom.

THE FOOD: There is a large fully equipped kitchen,  and an outdoor patio to dine 'al fresco'.

LOCATION: The Villa is halfway between Lucca (14km) and Pisa (24km) and at just 5 minutes from the pretty village of Colle di Compito with food shops, restaurants, and bars. The best airport is Pisa (30km).

WHAT TO SEE AND DO: The villa is a perfect base to explore North Tuscany and to relax. Reach walled city Lucca (14km) and Pisa tower (24km) in 20 minutes.  Volterra (60km), Florence (85km), and Siena (140km) are top destinations within a 1-2hour drive.  Wine lovers will head to Bolgheri (80km), home of popular Sassicaia and Ornellaia labels. Adventure parks for children are at 30 minutes, as well as Golf Clubs.

GOOD TO KNOW: The pool is open from May until October and it's not heated - It's possible to anticipate the opening on request.
