The tour starts with the visit to picturesque Locorotondo, one of the most beautiful villages in the heart of Valle d'Itria. Then it will go across the terraced vineyards under the guidance of a local wine master who will explain the characteristics of the soil and the vine in the area, before the tasting of the best labels, locally produced. A wide selection of traditional food will be available as 'rural aperitif'.

Beautiful are the views over the 'Murgia' countryside dotted by vineyards, olive groves, farms, and an infinite number of 'trulli', the typical peasants' shelters.
